  • Australia Post - Standard parcel post

Australia Post’s eParcel is a reasonably fast and efficient service, but offer no included insurance, this can be selected as transit cover at an extra cost. These items can be tracked and tracking numbers and link will be supplied upon Postage.

    • Express Post

Australia Post’s eParcel Express is generally the most time efficient method of postage. It can be as fast as 24-48 hours after dispatch depending on location

 Free Shipping

  • Free Shipping is only valid for approved orders over $50 AUD/$50 USD. Donations and postage costs do not count towards the $100 order value.
  • Free Shipping will be automatically applied as a shipping discount at checkout.
  • Free Shipping excludes Australia Post Express

Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions

We deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. Standard shipping costs apply to most cases.  In any circumstance where additional shipping costs are required, these are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. 

We may use other shipping methods at our discretion if a better method is available. Our freight charges are minimal as our aim is only to cover the cost of shipping your goods to you.

Due to restricted operating hours from Australia Post, and other courier/freight companies, we are unable to dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Public Holidays may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

Delivery Enquiries

If you have concerns about your parcel delivery, please contact us within 5-7 business days from dispatch. Any inquiries received a month after dispatch may not be able to be investigated by the postal service.
